An Inline Challenge will be held in Halifax on September 21st at the Emera Oval- site of the recent Canadian Championships held about 1-month ago. Mark your calendars if you’re interested! Please note this is NOT an RSC organized or affiliated event.
“We are holding a small “inline challenge” on Sept. 21 at the Oval. It is a one hour long skate.
We need fairly experienced skaters to participate. We will use the inside lane of the Oval, only- so a “low-key” event.
Participants should be able to skate in a pack. Provincial skating org. (SSNS for most) and SSC registrations are required for insurance purposes.
Ribbon awards for skaters who reach 45,50,55, 60,65,or 70 laps. We are hoping to develop collaborative skating packs, where skaters will be able to push their limits.
